Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent other clients from booking and leave reserved treatment time that often cannot be filled.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged a $50 no-show fee.
If you arrive late, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. The full appointment fee still applies.
Life happens. If you experience a genuine emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance, please contact me as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may be waived at my discretion.
Insurance receipts are issued only for completed treatments. Cancellation and no-show fees are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings or may result in booking privileges being suspended.
